Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hessen Law implementing the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act in its version of 20 July 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the self- control of over-ground landfills. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Measurements and monitoring (2); Exceptions (3); Investigation bodies (4); Yearly report (5); Publication (5); Penalties (7); Transitional provisions (8); Repeal of existing legislation (9).
