Abstract
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that tasks are assigned to the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture in accordance with Plant Protection Law. Article 2 refers to the performance of the task and determines that the Ministry of Energy Transition, Agriculture, Environment, Nature and Digitalization and the Chamber of Agriculture would conclude an agreement on the principles for fulfilling tasks. The text consists of 6 Articles and further refers to transition of civil servants; transfer of employees; and cost compensation.
