Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Fertilizer Act of 9 January 2009 (BGBl. I p. 54, 136). Article 1 establishes that whoever deals with natural fertilizers has to notify the competent authorities about their origin, composition, registration number, etc. The text consists of 3 articles.
