Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Fertilizer Act of 9 January 2009 (BGBl. I p. 54, 136) and the Ordinance on marketing of livestock manure of 21 July 2010. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the obligation to register and notify the marketing and transport of livestock manure. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Purpose and sphere of application of Ordinance (1); Obligation to register (2); Obligation to notify (3); Use of geo-data (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force, repeal (6).
