Abstract
The present Law implements the Council Directive 85/73/EEC on the financing of health inspections and controls of fresh meat and poultry meat of 29 January 1985. The text consisting of 10 articles deals with the following aspects: definition of competences, transfer of responsibilities to third parties, vocational training, costs, calculation of fees.
