Abstract
The present Law provides for measuring the annual quantity of polluted water and monitoring volumes and the damage that may incurs by the wastewater. The text - consisting of 16 articles – deals with the following matters: basis for evaluation, investigation, exemption relating to precipitation water, duty to pay charges, duty to report, fixing of charges, expiry and prescription, collection and destination of collected fees, competent authorities and penalties.
