Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Nature Protection Law of 10 October 2008. In particular, the text deals with composition and functioning of the Nature Protection Advisory Board. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: The Nature Protection Commissioner for Schleswig-Holstein (I); Nature Protection Advisory Committee (II); Compensation (III); Final provisions (IV).
