Abstract
The Ordinance deals with composition and functioning of the Nature Protection Advisory Board that is appointed for the purpose of implementation of the state orders and regulations in light of protection of nature. This Commission shall be appointed for the period of five years and the text provides on member selection, composition, withdrawal and dismissal, chairmanship, decision-making and meetings. The text contains 11 Articles.
