Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Lower Saxony Federal Nature Protection Act Implementing Law of 19 February 2010, National Park Harz Lower Saxony Law of 19 December 2005, Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park Law of 11 July 2001, and the Lower Saxony Biosphere Reserve Elbe Valley Law of 14 November 2002. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent authorities and organs responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 4 articles.
