Ninth Ordinance amending the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, a new paragraph is added to article 15 listing cases of violations against the Council Regulation (EC) No. 27/2005 fixing for 2005 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are established.
