Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Maximum Residues Limits Ordinance in its consolidated version of 21 October 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2082, 2002 I p. 1004). In particular, paragraph 3 and 4, of article 7 dealing with bringing into circulation certain substances are reworded. Moreover, certain items are inserted in Annex 1, 2 and 5.
