Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 Januar 2004 (BGBl I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Bavaria is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the Federal Act. The administration of the Ministry competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. The text - consisting of 6 articles – deals with the following matters: processing and elimination of non-edible animal products, competent authorities, compensation, arbitration proceedings, fees, remuneration, compensation and entry into force.
