Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). Article 2 establishes that forestry seeds of all kinds subject to the Federal Act shall be harvested only under the supervision of the forest or tree owner or any other beneficiary. The text consists of 8 articles.
