Ordinance amending the Fish Disease Prevention Ordinance and the Animal Vaccination Cost Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fish Disease Prevention Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 2315). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 2 dealing with definition of terms; article 7 concerning examination and duty to report; article 10 on Protected areas; article 14 laying down provisions relating to the marketing of aquaculture products; article 15 pertaining to marketing to be further processes; article 16 on Marketing of wild-living fish. Also Annex 1 containing a list of diseases is amended.
Furthermore, the Ordinance amends the Animal Vaccination Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1637). In particular the Ordinance amends Article 1, number 3 by replacing the term “Animal Disease Act” with “Animal Health Act”.
