Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Honey Ordinance (BGBl. I, p. 92) of 16 January 2004 implementing Directive 2014/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 amending Council Directive 2001/110/EC relating to honey. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 2 establishing that pollen is a natural constituent of honey and not an ingredients as laid down in Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
Article 2 of the present Ordinance introduces some small amendments to the Contaminants Ordinance of 19 March 2010 (BGBl. I p. 286, 287).
Article 3 of the Ordinance introduces some small amendments to the Fruit Juice Ordinance of 24 May 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1016).
