Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Foodstuff and Articles of Daily Use Act of 15 August 1974. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the maximum authorized levels of erucic acid in foodstuff. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to: 1) edible oils, edible fats and their mixtures, which are delivered as such to the consumer; 2) foodstuffs prepared with the addition of edible oil, edible fats or their mixtures having a total fat content of more than 5 per cent. The text consists of 5 articles.
