Abstract
The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004. In particular, the Act rewords article 1 on Sphere of application; adds an article 1a concerning Principles for the handling of non-edible animal products; an article 12 on Legal assistance. Furthermore, the Act rewords article 4 on Exceptions; and article 10 on Conservation obligation.
