Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fertilizers Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 20). In particular, it rewords article 3 dealing with fertilizers containin gphosphates; article 5 concerning annual statements submitted by farmers. It adds also article 11a dealing with transitional provisions; and 3 Annexes on nitrogen content in fertilizers.
