Abstract
This ordinance regulates the collection of a forest conservation levy for cases where forest land is converted to other uses. If reforestation or compensation via designated forest compensation pools is not possible or insufficient, a financial levy must be paid. The levy is calculated based on compensation needs in “forest points,” with each point valued at €3.55. The text consists of 4 Articles.
