Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment, composition and functioning of forestry committees for public forests, corporate forests and private forests. The text - consisting of 7 articles - deals with the following matters: general provisions, statutes of committees, decisions making, business management, travelling costs, special forestry committees, transitional provisions and entry into force.
