Abstract
This Ordinance provides regulations for person responsible for breeding work, approval of breeding programs, marking and identification of breeding animals, registration confirmations for animal breeding certificates and breeding programs to restore an extinct or a critically endangered native breed. Chapter 2 of the Ordinance refers to collection, treatment, storage, delivery and use of semen, ova and embryos from breeding animals covering artificial insemination followed by embryo transfer in Chapter 3. Chapter 4 provides for trainings requirements, courses and admission and training process. Chapter 5 of the Ordinance refers to administrative offences. The Ordinance consists of 36 Articles divided into 5 Chapters. The Ordinance includes 3 Annexes.
