Ordinance implementing the Cheese Ordinance and the Butter Ordinance.

Part 1 of the present Ordinance implements the Federal Cheese Ordinance of 14 April 1986 (BGBl. I p. 413). Article 1 lays down requirements for packaging and labelling of cheese. Article 2 deals with registration of different kind of cheese. Article 3 concerns transport and storage of cheese. Article 4 contains regulations on penalties.
Part 2 of the Ordinance implements the the Butter Ordinance of 3 February 1997 (BGBl. I p. 144). Article 5 lays down provisions relating to sampling of German dairy products.
