Abstract
Article 2 deals with the implementation of certain controlling measures on transport organizations. Article 4 concerns implementation of certain rules on fishing nets. In t he following the Ordinance treats issues such as limitation of fishing in the Baltic Sea, documentation to be carried on board, special permission, control measures as to Polish and Norwegian fishing vessels. The Ordinance consists of 20 articles.
