The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). Article 2 establishes that forestry seeds of all kinds subject to the above- mentioned Federal Act shall be harvested only under the supervision of the forest or tree owner or any other beneficiary.
