Ordinance implementing the Forestry Seeds Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Forestry authority (1); Supervision of production of forestry reproductive material (2); Establishment of collection places (3); Penalties (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
