Abstract
The present Ordinance implements Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act of 4 August 1986 (BGBl. I p. 1270). In particular, article 1 establishes that the Rhine Navigation Police Ordinance by the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine shall be applied to the federal waterway Rhine. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competent authorities (2); Vessel of public service (3); Violations according to the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act (4); Transitional provisions (5); Entry into force (6).
