Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Water Law of 20 January 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a closed area in the catchment area managed by the Association “Lake Constance Water Supply Association” The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application, definition of terms (1); Bans (2); Exemptions (3); Application of other provisions (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force (6).
