Abstract
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Basic Electricity Supply Ordinance (BGBl. p. 2391). In particular, the Ordinance replaces the title of article 5 as follows: Kind of supply: Modification of general prices and terms; moreover the Ordinance adds article 5a on New estimates for government controlled charges. Article 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Basic Gas Supply Ordinance (BGBl. p. 2391, 2396). In particular, the Ordinance amends the same articles on the same subject as in the afore-mentioned Basic Electricity Supply Ordinance.
