Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is the efficient enforcement of the Port Security Law of 7 January 2008. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Training requirements for security officers in port facilities (1); Certificate of attendance (2); Vocational training outside Schleswig-Holstein (3); Penalties (4); Annexes (5); Entry into force (6). Two Annexes are enclosed.
