Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the safety in the port of Hamburg. In particular, its purpose is to protect the harbour against terrorist attacks and accidents resulting from hazardous goods. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Power of the police (I); Measures to implement the ISPS Code (II); Measures to implement the EC-directive 2005/65/EG (Increase of protection to prevent dangers (III); Reliability test (IV); Final provisions (V).
