Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Harbour Safety Law of 6 October 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the handling of hazardous goods and the security of harbours as far as terrorist attacks are concerned. The text consists of 5 articles and 2 Annexes.
