Abstract
Part 1 outlines the quality of drinking water and Part 2 deals with the quality of water used in food producing plants. The duties of those in charge of water supply plants are contained in Part 3. Then the Ordinance specifies the details of water control by the Office for Public Health. Finally, the Ordinance prescribes penalties in case of violation and transitional and final provisions. The Ordinance consists of 27 articles and 4 Annexes.
