Abstract
An Ordinance to regulate in detail sanitary requirements for the purchase, processing, storage and transport of fresh poultry meat. Article 1 contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as, "poultry", "production plants", "official examination", "import" and "export". In the following the Ordinance deals with issues such as requirements for the marketing of poultry meat in general, importation and exportation, control, statistics and penalties in case of violations. The text consists of 21 articles and 5 Annexes.
