Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act in its version of 4 August 1986 (BGBl. I p. 1270). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to authorization and issuing of navigation authorization. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Authorization (II); Procedural matters (III); Penalties and final provisions (IV).
