Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in the implementation of federal nuclear and radiation protection provisions. In particular, article 1 specifies that the enactment of the Atomic Energy Act (BGBl. I p.1565) and the Radiation Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1714 are incumbent upon various authorities as set out in Annex 1.
