Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate principles and requirements for the protection of human beings and the environment against harmful effects resulting from ionizing radiation of radioactive substances. The text consists of 118 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection of humans and the environment against radioactive substances or ionizing radiation resulting from various activities (2); Protection of human beings and the environment against natural radiation sources at works (3); Consumer protection in case of radioactive substances being added to consumer products; (4) Common provisions (5). Fourteen Annexes are enclosed.
