Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to animal diseases in the Land Rheinland-Pfalz. Article 1 establishes the competent authorities responsible for the correct implementation of the present Law. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Authorities and proceedings (I); Fund for animal diseases (II); Costs and reimbursement (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV). One Annex is enclosed dealing with the Veterinary Office.
