Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82) and the Rheinland-Pfalz Animal Disease Law of 24 June 1986. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct implementation of the afore-mentioned Federal Act in Rheinland-Pfalz. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Compulsotry disposal (1); Catchment area (2); Source-based fees and charges (3); Promotion of animal waste disposal (4); Obligation to cooperate (5); Dissolution of Carcass Destruction Association (6); Empowerment (7); Entry into force (8).
