Abstract
The present Law implements the Waste Water Charges Act in its consolidated version of 18 January 2005 (BGBl. I p. 114).The text consists of 16 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Competent authorities (I); Basis for evaluation (II); Verification of harmfulness (III); Duty to pay charges (IV); Fixing and levying of fees (V); Destination of collected fees (VI); Final provisions (VII).
