Abstract
The present Law implements the Radiation Protection Act of 19. December 1986 (BGBl. I, p. 2610), In particular, the Ordinance nominates the authorities and offices responsible for the determination of radioactivity and the implementation of regulations on prohibitions or restrictions and rules on the waste disposal. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Radiation protection authorities (1); Competences (2); Technical supervision (3); Cost recovery (4); Administrative provisions (5); Entry into force (6).
