Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Act of 2 May 1974 (2. Mai 1975 (BGBl. I p. 1037). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to establishment of forest management associations. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Formation of forest management associations (1); Association directory, surveying authority and entry into force (2).
