Abstract
A basic Act on the conservation of forests and the promotion of forestry. The purpose of the Act is to increase and to ensure proper management of forestry because of the role of the forest in the environment including permanent efficiency of the natural balance, the climate, maintaining the water balance, keeping the air clean, landscape, agriculture, infrastructure and the recreation of the population. The Act provides for forest framework planning and securing, management and conservation, management association, forest funding and surveys .The text consists of 48 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General rules (1); Preservation of forests (2); Forestry Associations (3); Promotion of forestry, obligation to provide information (4); Final regulations (5).
