Second Ordinance amending the Additives Admissions Ordinance and other Foodstuff Ordinances.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Additives Admission Ordinance of 29 January 1998 (BGBl. I p. 230, 231). In particular, the Ordinance adds some items to Annex 2, 4, 5 and 7.
The Ordinance introduces also some amendments to the Additives Marketing Ordinance of 29 January 1998 (BGBl. I p. 269). In particular, the Ordinance adds a paragraph 2 to article 6a establishing that additives produced before the 14 February may be marketed until the 14 August. Moreover, it amends Annex 2 and 4.
Furthermore, the present Ordinance introduces some amendment to the Aroma Ordinance in its consolidated version of 2 May 2006 (BGBl. I p. 1127). In particular, it adds some minor amendments to articles 3 and 7, and repeals Annex 5
The present Ordinance introduces also some amendments to the Dietary Foodstuff Ordinance in its consolidated version of 28 April 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1161). In particular, the Ordinance adds some minor amendments to articles 6 and 28.
Finally, the Ordinance amends also the Wine Ordinance in its consolidated version of 14 May 2002 (BGBl. I p 2308). In particular, the Ordinance adds a paragraph to article 54 dealing with the marketing of wine.
