Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 7on Implementation of certain conservation, cultivation and control measures for the area of the North West Atlantic; and article 10 on Implementation of certain conditions for herrings, mackerel and other fish. The text consists of 3 articles.
