The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I p. 2369). Inter alia, article 23 is reworded whereby provisions concerning caputre of shark are established; an article 25 on Competent authorities is also added. The text consists of 3 articles.
