Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equiment Substances Ordinance of 19 April 2013. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 dealing with enforcement of EU directives. Moreover, the Ordinance repeals the Fifth Ordinance amending the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Substances Ordinance. The text consists of 4 articles.
