Abstract
At first, the Ordinance amends articles 1 and 2 of the Ordinance on the common catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species relating to the Seeds Marketing Act of 27 August 1985 (BGBl. I p. 1762). Finally, the Ordinance revises articles 4, 8, 17, 23, 27 of the Potato Seeds Ordinance of 21 January 1986 (BGBl. I p. 192). The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
