Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act in its version of 5 June 2001. In particular, the Act amends article 8 dealing with collection, processing and use of inland waterway data and article 13 concerning database of qualification certification and other evidence of qualification; article 14 on database ship registers. The text consists of 3 articles.
