Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces, inter alia, some amendments to the Inland Waterway Vessels Safety Ordinance of 6 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 3 on competent authorities; rewords article 19 on Standards; amends Annex II, in particular article 5.01 on General provisions; adds an article 3.08a on Minimum Crew on ferries; an article 3.08b on Minimum Crew on car ferries.
