Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Potable Water Ordinance, in its version of 2 August 2013. In particular, the Ordinance adds article 7b on Radiological requirements establishing that potable water shall not contain radiological elements; and article 14a on Obligations of inspection in view of radiological substances.
